HOW TO REGISTER TO THE CONFERENCE
The Center for Institutional Analysis and Development Bucharest and our partners in the organization of the European Resource Bank Meeting thank you for your interest in the ERBM and remind you to register to the Conference before September 7. This message tells you how to register to the European Resource Bank Meeting in Bucharest.
Please take notice that all registrations to the Resource Bank are closed after September 7.
You may use the online registration process (by filling in the form found under “This year’s Meeting” tab). Once you complete your contact data, you may pay the registration fee by credit card or by wire transfer. If you are halfway the online registration process please login (in the fields “username” and “password” on the top of the webpage) with the same username (e-mail address) and password originally introduced in the system. Note that the Resource Bank Meeting and the Think Tank Directory are separate tabs containing separate databases - both require the completion of two different registration forms with different usernames and passwords for login. (The username and password you used to register in the Directory will not work for the Resource Bank Meeting, unless they are identical to the ones used to register in the directory.)
Alternatively, you may register offline simply by
(a) filling in the Offline Registration Form and email it to our Communication Officer, Miss Olga Nicoara at olga.nicoara[at]cadi.ro, or fax it to +4021.316.02.51
and (b) pay the registration fee (conference fee). You may pay the conference fee EITHER by wire transfer to 'Fundatia Eleutheria', OR on site at your arrival.

The conference fee covers access to Conference panels, receptions and meals:
Early Bird payment (May 10 – August 1) = 95 EUR (or equivalent in USD or RON)
Regular payment (August 2 – August 23) = 125 EUR (or equivalent in USD or RON)
Last minute payment (August 24 – September 9) = 175 EUR (or equivalent in USD or RON)
If you choose to pay the conference fee on site in cash, simply mention it in your Offline Registration Form. We call to your attention that this informal promissory note should be your last resort (only if wire transfer cannot work for you) as they support the least our predictive ability. We shall take your mention in the Registration Form as a commitment to participate at the European Resource Bank Meeting.
We shall send you an e-mail confirmation of your registration within 3 business days. However, we are using the very date in which we received your email for determining whether you will be paying the Early Bird, Regular, or Last Minute fee.
